The person she needs most is you.

I know - it’s tempting to send her to a therapist.

Trust me, I’ve been there. Yes, even me. A therapist.

“Let someone else deal with her,” the exasperated part of us says.

Mothering a daughter can honestly bring us to our knees sometimes - despairing that we don’t know how to make things better, we fear we are destroying the relationship or destroying her, but also feel helpless to make it right.

Sending her to a therapist may be exactly what she needs and wants - and I’m in full support of our girls having an outlet and an early introduction to their feelings and needs.

And. The person she really needs is you. Your understanding. Your support. Your acceptance of her.

I provide in-your-pocket coaching to help change the dynamic between you and your daughter.
